With this super cold weather, everyone is looking for fun things to do inside. Indoor playgrounds and waterparks are a great way to get the kids out of the house and making friends while staying warm. Whether you are looking to spend the day or the weekend it is a great chance to get your kids away form the tech world and have some great family fun!
There are 2 locations in Niagara and both are very centrally located. I have spent many afternoons there will my little ones. Sometimes they feel like running around like monkeys and sometimes they like to sit quietly and look at the books. Either way we always have fun!
They specialize in birthday parties but also offer fun things like “Date Night” where mom and dad can drop the kids off for a few hours for dinner and movies and playtime! On weeknights you can treat your family for dinner and playtime without breaking the bank.

Tay Kim Tan’s Funtown

Americana Waterpark Resort
Another great way to spend a day or weekend in Niagara without having to go outside at all! This waterpark is great for all ages but I think it’s the best one if your kids are particularly young. Although it’s nice and warm inside in the winter, if you visit the waterpark in the summer, the retractable roof will be open so you can enjoy the outdoors.
The Americana offers great rates on day passes and a really great birthday party package. There is also a very luxurious spa on sight so mom can have some fun as well.
